On a message of halting reckless deficit spending, Rand Paul, son of Texas Congressman and presidential candidate Ron Paul, won the GOP Senate primary in Kentucky against a more seasoned establishment candidate Trey Grayson. Paul’s message now to the political establishment of both parties: “What I say to Washington is, ‘Watch out, here we come.’”
