Why I hate Washington

I was in Washington D.C. last week, the land of black lincoln town cars, $15 drinks, and $400 haircuts. It seems to thrive under the motto “excess is not enough.” Those who live inside the beltway won’t stop spending our money unless we force them to do so.  Two recent articles validate my perception.
